TikTok is seeking a Senior Live Operations specialist in Paris to manage a portfolio of French-speaking VIP accounts (Gifters). You will build relationships, gather feedback on TikTok LIVE experiences, and educate VIPs on new tools and features.
You’ll work cross-functionally with gifting, product, and creative teams to drive engagement, retention, and revenue through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in user ops/growth/customer success with high‑value client management.
- Ability to translate insights into action.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Experience in live streaming or creator platforms preferred.
- Familiar with VIP support & monetization (gifting, subscriptions).
Responsabilités
- Build and manage a VIP user portfolio and understand VIP behaviour through relationship building, feedback and data.
- Analyze performance and present findings, identifying trends and patterns.
- Help VIPs to understand and adopt new features, tools and technology.
- Work cross‑functionally with gifting, product and creative teams to enhance the LIVE experience.
- Collaborate with Community and Agency managers to understand VIP gifters' motivations.
- Help create and monitor revenue growth strategies.
- Coordinate with Trust & Safety, payments and product teams and advocate for VIP communities.
