TikTok is seeking a Creator Operations Associate in Paris to grow and nurture creators, plan and execute campaigns, and coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships that drive platform growth. You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver creator-centric programs and ensure a thriving eCommerce content ecosystem.

The role requires strong English and French communication, solid planning skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & French.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Fast learner and hands-on oriented—able to move things forward.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brainstorming.

Responsabilités

• Growing and nurturing creators via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication.
• Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase their content production diligence and increase creators' earning potential on eCommerce Platform.
• Organize activities for creators to improve content quality and understanding of eCommerce policies both online and offline.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive creator growth.
• Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth.
• Become familiar with internal creator management tools and e-commerce related functions for creators.
• Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creators-related stakeholders both internally and externally
• Support all creator-related operational tasks when required.
