TikTok LIVE is seeking a motivated Agency Management Intern to join our team in Paris. You will streamline processes, organize knowledge, and support agency operations to reduce chaos and enable scalable growth.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Masters in business or related fields, fluent in French and English, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment within the creator economy and live streaming space.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Results-driven with solid data analysis abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with execution excellence.
• Interest in the creator economy, live streaming, and agency ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Support Agency Managers in day-to-day management of agencies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Assist in resolving issues for creators and network partners during LIVE processes.
• Track progress of key initiatives and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
• Help prepare performance reports, business reviews, and insights for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support agency needs and escalations.
• Assist rollout of training programs and best practices to improve agency capabilities.

Formation

Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field
