VISTRA is seeking a skilled French Payroll Associate to join our global payroll team. The role focuses on delivering accurate French payrolls for multiple clients, requiring at least two years of French payroll experience and strong data validation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

You will work with SilaExpert software, Excel at an advanced level, and collaborate with colleagues in France to ensure timely, compliant payroll delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of French payroll experience.
• Experience with SilaExpert Software is essential.
• Experience with multi-client / multi-payroll environments.
• Strong English communication required.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements desirable.
• Experience in implementing payroll into software desirable.

Responsabilités

• Produce monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Improve payroll delivery systems and processes.
• Be the main point of contact for designated clients.
• Coordinate with iiPay teams across the globe to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues in France for support.
• Maintain knowledge of statutory French payroll processes.
• Own and resolve client escalations.
