CloudPay is seeking a French Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll for France in a fast-moving, international setting. You will manage monthly payroll cycles, ensure compliance with French law, and maintain precise payroll data to deliver a seamless client experience.

The role emphasizes data quality, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration to support clients across regions. English and French fluency are essential for success in this global environment.

Qualifications

• English and French speaking are essential; English level: B2 minimum.
• Knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting.
• Expert-level knowledge of complex payrolls (BIK, stock options/RSU, non-residents, court order...).
• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing at a specialist level.
• Proficient in business software: Excel, Word, Email Apps, Microsoft Apps.
• Good decision-making skills and forward-thinking; able to plan and organise workload.
• Experience working in an international environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage all payroll activities in line with the monthly calendar and submit payroll figures monthly.
• Ensure payroll complies with French legislation and statutory requirements.
• Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure data accuracy before processing payroll.
• Research discrepancies in payroll information to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Validate payroll outputs.
• Maintain payroll information, files, and records for compliance and audit trail.
• Analyse payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and upload to the CP platform.
• Collaborate with Implementations to hand over new payrolls to the In-House team.
