Job summary

Hikrobot is seeking a capable pre-sales engineer in France to support warehouse automation projects. You will analyze customer requirements, conduct site surveys, and design AMR solutions in collaboration with Sales, R&D and Project Delivery teams.

You will prepare technical proposals, perform preliminary calculations, and present materials for tender discussions. Fluency in French and Mandarin with English proficiency is required to operate with international teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (Automation, Mechanical, Industrial, Logistics, Robotics)
1–3 years of relevant experience in AGV/AMR or warehouse automation
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and automation concepts
Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with simulation tools is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work with international teams and languages: French and Mandarin, English working proficiency

Responsibilities

Support pre-sales activities for warehouse automation projects from requirement analysis to solution design
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define operational needs and suitable AMR solutions
Prepare solution layouts, preliminary calculations, technical proposals, and tender materials
Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions to clarify concepts and requirements
Incorporate customer feedback with Sales, R&D, and Project Delivery for continuous improvement
Assist engineering, testing, commissioning, and project acceptance after award
Coordinate with local and China-based teams for clear technical communication and smooth execution
