European Tech Recruit is seeking a Chinese-speaking AGV/AMR Project Manager in Paris. The role focuses on leading full-cycle AMR/AGV projects with strong customer liaison from pre-sales to implementation, and close collaboration with internal teams and external integrators.

You will drive cross-functional coordination, oversee on-site deployment, and manage risks to ensure high-quality delivery in warehousing and logistics automation.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in French and Mandarin.
• 3+ years PM experience in AGV/AMR, warehouse automation or logistics automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Logistics or related field.
• Experience coordinating with customers and stakeholders in project delivery.
• Willingness to travel internationally and join a growth team in robotics.

In this role you will ensure optimal collaboration between internal teams and liaise with customers through pre-sales to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle implementation of AMR and AGV Projects from kick-off to final delivery.
• Manage customer contact during implementation, support commercial discussions and coordinate project reviews.
• Facilitate smooth internal cross-functional coordination through to External Integrators.
• Oversee frictionless on-site deployment and commissioning.
• Monitor risks and construct mitigation procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• High levels of professional language proficiency in French and Mandarin.
• 3+ years of project management experience in: AGV/AMR, warehouse automation, logistics automation, industrial automation, material handling systems, robotics.
• Demonstrable understanding of project implementation processes in automation.
• Experience working with stakeholders and managing customer-facing project.
