Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth in France for AMR and warehouse automation solutions. Based in Paris or Greater Paris, you will develop strategic opportunities, manage complex technical sales cycles, and build a network across manufacturers, logistics providers, and system integrators.

Regular travel to customer sites and industry events is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in AMR/AGV or warehouse automation
Strong commercial network within French manufacturing/logistics/warehouse automation/industrial sectors
Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and industry events.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share across France.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, automotive, electronics, FMCG, and related industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to contract negotiations and closing.
Lead customer meetings, technical presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to tailor AMR/AGV and warehouse automation solutions.
