Cross Border Talents is seeking a French Customer Service Representative for a fully remote summer role in Portugal, with accommodation support. This remote position offers two salary options: 1050 EUR gross per month with accommodation included, or 1250 EUR gross per month without accommodation, both paid 14 times per year.

You will provide empathetic, timely support to Facebook users, monitor abuse reports, resolve account issues, and help improve the platform experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English required.

• Familiarity with Facebook platform helpful (training provided).
