BlueView Talent in Marseille invites a proactive Customer Specialist to join an international team delivering exceptional experiences across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services.

You will handle multi-channel support (phone, email, chat) in French and English, resolve issues efficiently, and document interactions to help improve processes while growing in the Travel field.

Qualifications

• Language skills: French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented mindset with growth in Travel.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently with a customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures.
