European Tech Recruit is expanding its international automation business and seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across France in logistics, warehousing and industrial automation with autonomous mobile robotics solutions.

You will build relationships with key customers, system integrators and logistics providers, manage negotiations and translate operational needs into compelling automation proposals. Travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Proven business development or technical sales experience within AMR, AGV, mobile robotics or warehouse automation.
• Established customer relationships and a strong professional network within the French market.
• Experience developing new accounts and managing complex B2B sales processes.
• Good understanding of intralogistics, automated material handling and industrial robotics applications.
• Previous exposure to 3PL, distribution centres or warehouse operations would be valuable.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• French and Mandarin fluency is essential.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

• Collaborate with engineering and solutions teams to translate operational requirements into practical automation proposals.
• Develop strategic partnerships and strengthen the company's presence within the French market.
• Maintain visibility of market trends, customer investment plans and competitor developments.
• Manage sales forecasts, customer pipelines and commercial performance against business objectives.
