WD-40 Company is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead our France sales strategy remotely with the French head office in Lyon. Regular in-person meetings are required, and applicants must have work authorization in France.

You will lead strategy across channels, coach a high-performing team, and drive growth through national accounts, customer negotiations, and data-driven decision-making. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading sales teams in FMCG/retail or related sectors.
• Proven track record delivering growth via key accounts and BD initiatives.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience coaching high-performing teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent French; strong English communication required.
