Job summary

Rem Plus is seeking a proactive sales professional to develop relationships with customers in France for our compressor and vacuum technology solutions. You will advise OEMs, distributors and end users, and handle quotations while representing the company in the region.

The role combines field sales with remote work, requires travel across France, and calls for strong English and French communication, technical insight, and a self-motivated approach in a flexible, hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Passion for sales and business development.
• Technical education or degree, ideally in air compressors, vacuum pumps, or related products.
• Experience in sales and independent customer acquisition while working remotely.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop business relationships with customers in France representing the company in this region.
• Advise existing customers, including OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Acquire new customers and prepare customer quotations.
• Provide technical support to customers and potential buyers.
• Monitor market and competitor activities, develop sales and marketing plans, and prepare reports and forecasts.
