Wallester is an HR-driven fintech company seeking an HR Specialist in France to manage the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employment administration in line with French labour law. This role is hands-on and entails real ownership of day-to-day HR processes.

You will partner with hiring managers, ensure accurate HR records, and coordinate onboarding, benefits registration, and offboarding.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR role.
• Strong knowledge of French labour law.
• Experience working with HR systems and digital tools.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle documentation and records.
• Coordinate onboarding plans and conduct onboarding sessions (on-site and online).
• Register employees for benefits and manage occupational health checks.
• Guide offboarding and prepare termination-related documents.
• Support employer branding and employee experience initiatives.
• Conduct HR interviews and manage job offers and final agreements.
• Collect required personal data and employment documents from new hires.
