A space technology firm in Toulouse is seeking an HR Generalist Alternant to support the HR operations of its French subsidiary. This hands-on position offers a chance to manage the full employee lifecycle in accordance with French labor laws. Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, coordinating payroll, and addressing employee inquiries. Ideal candidates should be enrolled in a relevant academic program and possess solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in both French and English.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s program in Human Resources.
• Eligible for a French 'contrat d'alternance'.
• Previous experience in HR is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute onboarding processes for new hires.
• Coordinate payroll administration and compliance.
• Support employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
• Assist with leave management and HR documentation.
