Job summary

Criteo is seeking a People Relations Partner in France to act as the local expert for employee relations and local policies. You will partner with the HR Director France and various stakeholders to translate global policies into compliant local practices, while leading complex cases and strengthening manager capability.

You will design trainings, manage ER dashboards, and drive continuous improvement of France's compliance framework in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and compliance requirements.
• Ability to assess risk and lead complex cases through to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee-relations matters and provide local expert advice.
• Ensure compliant translation of global policies into local practice.
• Develop manager capability and deliver targeted ER training.
• Maintain ER dashboards and analyze trends to drive improvements.
