Zusammenfassung

Criteo seeks a People Relations Partner to act as the local expert for employee relations in France. You will translate global policies into compliant local practices, working with the HR Director France, Functional PBPs, and Legal to manage complex cases and drive risk-aware improvements.

In this hybrid role, you will lead ER case leadership, policy implementation and training for managers, while delivering data-driven insights to improve social climate and compliance across France.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and ER practice.
• Ability to assess risk and lead cases or projects through to resolution.
• Experience partnering with managers, People BP, People Operations, Centers of Expertise and Legal.
• Fluent in French and English; cross-functional communication is daily.

Aufgaben

• Employee relations and case leadership with France teams.
• Own France ER policies roadmap and ensure compliant processes.
• Lead Health and Safety Committee and labour-relations activities.
• Maintain ER dashboards and provide risk insights.
