Job summary

Nexans is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Business Excellence Manager to lead performance improvements across France. You will drive the end-to-end S&OP, transform the supply chain organization, and optimize transportation costs while collaborating with Sales, IT, and European peers.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical, budgeting, and change-management capabilities. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience in a multi-site environment.
• Proven experience in planning, performance management, and data-driven transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive transformation initiatives across demand planning, operations, finance, and commercial teams.
• Define and monitor a clear road map with measurable performance objectives for the supply chain.
• Coach Site Supply Chain Managers in change management and capability development.
• Deploy standardized processes, tools and ways of working across the Supply Chain network.
• Oversee transportation strategy, vendor relationships, and cost optimization.
