GAC International France is hiring a Sales Planning & Operations Manager for France in Paris. This role oversees demand forecasting, sales planning, and the vehicle ordering pipeline to ensure optimal product availability and minimal excess inventory.

You will coordinate between sales, operations, procurement, HQ, factory and distributors, delivering structured, timely reports and ensuring alignment with business targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive sales planning, sales operations, or supply chain allocation.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to forecast demand, plan sales, and manage inventory.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales demand forecasting and operational planning for the French market.
• Oversee end-to-end vehicle ordering, production requests, and allocation across the dealer network.
• Monitor network stock levels, vehicle port inventory, and aging stock; implement turnover improvement actions.
• Coordinate with local dealers, European supply chain teams, and Global HQ for logistics and delivery.
• Prepare executive monthly and quarterly sales operations reports.
