Lever, Inc. is seeking a Junior Talent & People Specialist to join a fully remote, Europe-wide team. The role blends HR administration, recruitment, onboarding and employee experience, with opportunities to automate and improve processes using AI tools.

You will support HRIS workflows, coordinate onboarding, and partner withFinance for payroll data while developing your expertise across HR topics in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships, apprenticeships or early-career roles).
• First experience or strong interest in HR, recruitment, administration or related field.
• Experience interacting with candidates or customers is a plus.
• Curiosity with digital tools and learning HRIS/ATS platforms.
• Interest in AI, automation and tech-enabled processes.
• Strong written communication and service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day HR administration and employment contracts.
• Manage HR processes via the HRIS, including leave and employee data.
• Assist payroll preparation with Finance and HR data accuracy.
• Provide a service-oriented point of contact for People topics.
• Conduct HR interviews and contribute to candidate experience.
• Communicate the organization, culture and opportunities to candidates.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding and onboarding activities and workflows.
• Handle equipment logistics and access management in the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with external partners supporting People operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes.
