Tech Soft 3D is seeking a People Experience Manager to own HR operations for France and oversee EMEA, APAC. You will coach managers, manage employee relations, and ensure GDPR-compliant documentation across the full employee lifecycle from offer to offboarding.

The role requires deep knowledge of French employment law, 8+ years in HR, and strong collaboration with global teams to drive compensation benchmarking and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience with employees relations, recruitment, compliance, HRIS and payroll.
• Experience coaching managers through people challenges and ensuring compliance with French employment law.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive situations and GDPR compliant documentation.

Responsabilités

• Own HR/People Experience operations for France, with oversight of EMEA and APAC.
• Serve as CSE President, leading meetings and ensuring legal compliance.
• Run full lifecycle HR from offer to onboarding to offboarding for France-based employees.
• Audit monthly payroll for France and support recruitment activities.
• Maintain expert knowledge of French employment law and ensure regulatory compliance.
