Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR Operations or similar roles.
• Experience with HRIS or other People-related systems. Maintains accurate employee data.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership of data quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day employee documentation processes (agreements, amendments, terminations).
• Support lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding with consistent documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR data across HRIS and related systems.
• Coordinate benefits administration across an international workforce.
• Prepare recurring HR reports and data analyses for stakeholders.
• Identify data quality issues and drive process improvements via automation.
