Lucid Motors seeks a seasoned Regional Aftersales Manager to lead the French aftersales operations, focusing on service performance, customer experience, field quality, and warranty governance. You will partner with Lucid Europe, Authorized Repairers, and regional teams to uphold Lucid standards and customer outcomes.

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in automotive aftersales, service operations, warranty management, and field quality processes.

Responsabilités

• Own aftersales performance and customer experience for the French market.
• Manage service network governance across Authorized Repairers and partners.
• Coordinate field quality investigations and escalation management with Lucid Europe.
• Oversee warranty administration, compliance, and reporting across the market.
• Support network readiness for product launches and service initiatives.
