• Own aftersales performance and customer experience for the French market.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and network performance against KPIs.
• Lead resolution of major customer concerns and service escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and operational performance.
• Govern operational performance across Authorized Repairers, Agents, and contracted providers.
• Coordinate with Lucid Europe and local partners for service readiness and parts supply.
• Oversee field quality, warranty governance, and escalation processes.
• Provide market feedback to support product and service improvements.
• Ensure data governance and reporting for aftersales performance.
