Lucid Motors in France seeks an experienced Operations Specialist to oversee order management, forecasting, inventory, and logistics for the French market. You will work with Lucid Europe, supply planning teams, and partners to ensure vehicle availability and timely delivery.

You will own data integrity across Salesforce, CMS, and ERP systems, coordinate market launches and local campaigns, and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and market readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales operations, order management, logistics, or related operational functions.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management, order processing, and performance reporting.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and marketing/operational reporting systems (Salesforce, CMS).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders within a matrix organization.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end vehicle ordering, forecasting, allocation, inventory, and distribution for France.
• Coordinate with Lucid Europe, planning teams, logistics providers, and partners to ensure readiness.
• Maintain data accuracy and system governance across relevant platforms.
• Coordinate local marketing activities, campaigns, events, and launches for France/Europe.
• Interface with partners and agencies to ensure compliant delivery and performance.
• Support market launches and improve delivery timelines and customer experience.
