Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a highly organized Financial Services Senior Specialist to support Lucid France. The role owns local Financial Services operations, governance, supplier administration, and regulatory compliance for the French market, aligning customer experience with lender requirements and commercial objectives.

Reporting to the France Country Director with a dotted line to Europe, you will coordinate campaigns, product launches, and partnerships, manage governance records, and ensure

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English required.
• 5 years of professional experience in automotive finance or regulated financial services.
• Experience working with lenders, regulators, and governance frameworks.
• Able to obtain necessary registrations and training for regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as local operational owner for Financial Services governance and compliance.
• Support ORIAS registrations, renewals, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate finance campaigns, product launches, and partner management.
• Prepare local governance and management reporting for French and European stakeholders.
• Maintain training, controls, and documentation supporting regulated activities.
