Lucid Motors in Paris seeks a highly experienced Regional Aftersales Manager to lead aftersales performance, customer experience, and network governance across the French market. You will own field quality, warranty governance, and escalation management while ensuring readiness of service partners and technical capabilities.

You will report to the France Country Director and collaborate with Lucid Europe to drive market growth, product launches, and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in automotive aftersales, service operations, warranty management, field quality, or technical support environments.
• Experience managing dealer, distributor, retailer, agent, or Authorized Repairer networks.
• Strong analytical, technical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own aftersales performance and customer experience outcomes for the French market.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and network performance against KPIs and service standards.
• Lead resolution of significant customer concerns, service escalations, and operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, service effectiveness, and operational performance.
• Govern operational performance across Authorized Repairers, Agents, and contracted service providers.
• Ensure service network readiness, coverage, capacity, and capability to support market growth.
• Monitor partner performance against service levels, KPI, and contractual obligations.
• Lead governance forums, reviews, and action plans with service partners.
• Support onboarding and development of new service partners and network capability.
• Own field quality performance and coordinate escalation processes between the French market and Lucid Europe.
• Coordinate investigation and resolution of complex technical, product quality, and customer concerns affecting vehicle performance or customer experience.
• Monitor field quality trends, warranty data, and emerging product issues with timely reporting.
• Support implementation of technical campaigns, service actions, and corrective actions across the French network.
• Provide market feedback to support product and service improvement.
• Oversee warranty administration and performance within the French market.
• Ensure compliance with warranty processes, repair standards, legal requirements, and procedures.
• Monitor warranty claim quality and expenditure trends.
• Support audits and corrective actions across the aftersales network.
• Monitor parts availability and service readiness across the French network.
• Coordinate with Lucid Europe and partners on parts supply and inventory management.
• Identify risks impacting repair completion and service performance.
• Support readiness for new product launches and campaigns.
• Monitor technician readiness, certification, and training completion; coordinate implementation of aftersales training and capability development.
