Lucid Motors seeks a highly organized Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to support the France market, focusing on vehicle ordering, forecasting, allocation, inventory, logistics, and customer delivery, while coordinating local marketing operations aligned with European direction.

You will work cross-functionally with Lucid Europe, retail partners, and agencies to ensure market readiness, data integrity, and compliant, efficient operations, reporting, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing or related discipline.
• Experience in automotive sales operations, order management, logistics, vehicle distribution, or related functions.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management, order processing, and performance management experience.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and marketing operations systems.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and support end-to-end vehicle ordering, forecasting, allocation, inventory management, and distribution processes for the French market.
• Coordinate with Lucid Europe, supply planning, logistics providers, and retail partners to ensure vehicle availability and delivery readiness.
• Maintain operational reporting, KPI tracking, and performance management processes for effective business oversight.
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvements; implement corrective actions and support audits.
• Coordinate local marketing activities, campaigns, events, and market launches in line with commercial objectives.
