Job summary

Vocca, Paris-based AI healthcare startup, seeks a hands-on RevOps professional to own the GTM infrastructure end-to-end. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Data, reporting to the Head of RevOps, and you will define strategy, build workflows, run them, and iterate.

This is a cross-functional, build-from-scratch role focused on routing high-intent prospects to SDRs, automating ICP-qualified lists, and delivering measurable improvements in pipeline quality and scale.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or BizOps in a SaaS startup.
• Strong experience with CRM, automation, and data tooling.
• Structured thinker, execution-driven, and impact-focused.
• Excellent English and fluent French; comfortable with founders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated lead sourcing workflows.
• Build enrichment pipelines: firmographics, intent signals, tech stack.
• Define ICP scoring and qualification criteria.
• Own outbound stack and tool integrations.
• Ensure data cleanliness in CRM and dashboards.
• Create GTM analytics to monitor pipeline quality.
