Job summary

Verso, an AI-native consumer research platform backed by Hexa, is hiring its Founding GTM to own a full-funnel growth motion. You will design and execute outbound, inbound, and events, tying them into a single engine that feeds the founders and the early sales hire.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of GTM experience with full-funnel ownership
• Experience marketing or selling into long, multi-stakeholder cycles
• Hands-on approach with no reliance on playbooks
• Experience using AI/automation to accelerate growth
• Data-driven decision making from funnel metrics
• Background in insights/research is a plus, not required
• Fluent in French and English

Responsibilities

• Build outbound motion from scratch: target accounts, sequences, tooling, messaging
• Own inbound: content, SEO, website, lead magnets, nurture
• Organize events to reach buyers and convert into pilots
• Wire AI through the funnel: automation, enrichment, sequencing, attribution
• Shape and communicate Verso’s brand and narrative with founders
