Job summary

CO2 AI is seeking a motivated candidate to join our revenue team in Paris, focusing on outbound prospecting and AI-assisted GTM workflows. You will draft personalized outreach, research target accounts, and help track campaign impact while leveraging Claude for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in sustainability, climate, or SaaS.
• Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn and similar platforms.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple threads.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to draft crisp, personal outreach messages.
• Curious and self-starting; enjoy figuring things out and reaching out to new contacts.
• A real interest in AI, and familiarity with day-to-day AI tools; building something yourself is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work alongside our Account Executives and Marketing team to bring in new opportunities
• You’ll get a Claude license from day one, and we want you to use it
• The idea isn’t to do everything by hand
• It’s to find smarter ways of working and share them with the team
• Support outbound prospecting: research target accounts, build contact lists, and help draft and personalize outreach to generate qualified leads
• Contribute to marketing initiatives: campaigns, events, webinars, and content and help track how they convert into pipeline
• Build and improve GTM workflows with AI: create Claude skills and agents for account research, meeting prep, CRM enrichment and reporting that the whole revenue team can use
• Keep the CRM clean and up to date (data entry, enrichment, activity logging) and help report on funnel and campaign metrics
• Run experiments on messaging, sequences, and targeting, and share what’s working with the team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to sharpen how we talk about CO2 AI
