Job summary

Talantir, a high-growth B2B SaaS business, is seeking a Growth Manager for France to own the marketing plan and demand generation. You will translate pipeline targets into campaigns, working with Sales to optimize conversion and accelerate bookings.

You will partner with central Product Marketing, Content, and Digital teams, manage one report, and drive multi-channel campaigns across content, events and paid media from a Paris office with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Growth or Demand Generation in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record partnering with Sales in a B2B environment.
• Full-funnel thinking from plan to bookings and pipeline.
• Experience running campaigns across content, events and digital.
• French market knowledge and fluency in English for internal comms.

Responsibilities

• Own the France marketing plan based on pipeline and bookings targets.
• Collaborate with the French Sales team on priorities, accounts, and conversion.
• Turn market and sales insight into clear campaign briefs and execution plans.
• Define campaign themes with Product Marketing and Content teams.
• Deploy content across webinars, short-form and long-form formats.
• Plan and deliver demand-focused events and webinars as pipeline drivers.
• Partner with performance and digital teams to activate paid campaigns.
• Own the France marketing budget and prioritize channels and campaigns.
• Review full-funnel performance through bookings.
