Job summary

Huscarl seeks a hands-on first commercial hire in Paris to run a new business unit from the first sales call through customer support.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable spanning sales, onboarding, and ongoing service, turning messy experiences into repeatable processes, and working in both French and English—with a background in corporate insurance or reinsurance or similar fast-paced client-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or revenue generation.
• Fluency in French and English for client-facing work.
• Background in corporate insurance or reinsurance is preferred.
• Ability to turn messy experience into repeatable processes and scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from first call to customer onboarding and support.
• Build and optimize repeatable processes for new business units.
• Explain value of AI-enabled actuarial/insurance analytics to risk and finance leaders.
• Leverage AI coding tools to automate bottlenecks and speed up workflows.
