The role

Working directly with the founders, you will be trusted with a nascent business unit and do the work with full execution autonomy – sales calls, marketing campaigns, customer support and gradual operations automation.

Specifically, you will:

• Learn by doing – build your pipeline, take calls, ensure proper service / product delivery and customer satisfaction
• Build systems – create templates from first principles, document edge cases, structure feedback from the ground into usable data and insights, iterate into workflows that scale
• Automate – use Claude Code or Codex and work with technical staff to lift bottlenecks

• Located in Paris, fluency in French and English required

• 2 – 5 years of experience in corporate insurance or reinsurance
