Job summary

Raison is hiring a Founding BDR to open the pipeline by targeting mid-sized companies that have deployed AI but aren’t fully leveraging it yet. You’ll reach Transformation leads, Heads of AI, CFOs and COOs, and craft two-sentence stories for both phone and written outreach.

You will work closely with the CEO, AE, and GTM/Ops, shaping who we target and how we talk to them. This is ideal for someone early in sales who wants hands-on learning and ownership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a sales, BDR/SDR or growth role (B2B SaaS or consulting preferred).
• Ability to write short, sharp messages and phone with C/VP-level executives.
• Uses AI daily to research prospects.
• Resilient: treat every 'no' as data.
• Organized and rigorous: log everything to learn from patterns.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Wants to grow into an AE role as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Identify signals in target companies and reach the right person.
• Run personalized outbound on LinkedIn, email and phone with a single well-researched message.
• Qualify conversations to predict deals (who, what, by when).
• Book qualified meetings for AE and founders with a clean handoff.
• Provide feedback to the team on objections and vocabulary.
