Qualifications

10+ years combining top strategy consulting with operating experience in a fast-growing tech company.
Direct and substantive management experience, with a proven ability to hire and retain talent.
Ability to design multi-quarter operating models and improve complex processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic partner to the CEO, shaping governance and meeting cadence.
Lead company-wide initiatives across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Deploy Founder Associates as needed to address critical gaps without rushing hiring.
Embed and uphold Joko’s culture while scaling the organization.
