PALO IT Paris is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to own AI-powered product delivery from discovery through pilot to production and adoption. You will embed with Fortune 1000 clients across finance, retail, and energy, translating ambiguous business problems into scalable AI-native solutions.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires deep full-stack expertise and daily use of AI coding tools to accelerate development and ensure value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering with client-facing delivery experience.
• Independently manage all project phases from discovery to production.
• Deep full-stack expertise (ReactJS front-end; .NET/Java/Python back-end).
• Experience deploying LLM-/generative AI-powered systems.
• Strong architecture and design capabilities with excellent communication.
• Autonomous, proactive, outcome-oriented, and able to lead senior conversations.
• Experience mentoring or leading small teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise constraints - risk, compliance, stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end project delivery: discovery, scope work, architect, develop prototypes, and deliver production-grade AI systems.
• Client engagement: run discovery sessions, frame needs, manage expectations, and build trust with stakeholders.
• Team leadership: mentor engineers, promote AI-native practices, and nurture autonomous delivery teams.
• Strategic advising: collaborate with Sales and Presales to craft proposals and designs.
• AI-native excellence: prompt engineering, output validation, guardrails, and fallback strategies.
• Continuous improvement: capture field insights to strengthen tools and playbooks.
