Spiko is seeking a Risk Manager to lead the risk function as the company scales its fintech infrastructure in Europe. You will map and monitor risks across multiple domains, define KRIs and controls, and build the internal control framework in collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Finance and Tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant field (engineering/business)
• Analytical skills and ability to structure complex topics
• English proficiency required and regulatory knowledge preferred

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain risk mapping across market, counterparty, operational, liquidity, compliance and technology risks
• Define and track KRIs and limits
• Produce regular risk reports to management and regulators as needed
• Define risk management processes with each team and document policies and procedures
• Design level 1 controls and engage data needed to implement them
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants on control work
• Contribute to risk reviews of new products and activities including FCA-related files
• Train teams on risk topics and raise awareness
