Spiko is hiring a Risk Manager to shape and scale our risk framework across Europe. You’ll map market, counterparty, operational, liquidity, compliance and technology risks, define KRIs, and report to management and regulators as needed.

You will also design internal controls and collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Product and Tech, participating in regulatory files for the UK expansion. You’ll lead risk initiatives, engage with external partners, and train teams on risk topics, while growing

Qualifications

• Strong analytical rigor and ability to structure complex, novel topics in a regulated fintech environment.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with fast-moving environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt processes as Spiko scales.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain Spiko's risk mapping across market, counterparty, operational, liquidity, compliance and technology risks.
• Define and track key risk indicators (KRIs) and associated limits.
• Produce regular risk reporting to management and regulators when required.
• Strengthen governance and design the internal control framework with cross-team collaboration.
• Support regulatory files and relationships with external partners on risk-control matters.
