Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Representative for the Banking sector in France. You will deliver high-quality support via phone, email and chat, handling inquiries and guiding customers through banking products and services.

Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer support, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on client needs.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Responsabilités

Provide top-notch customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking questions.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up to enhance satisfaction.
Document customer interactions accurately and manage inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to address needs and improve service quality.
Educate customers on banking procedures, products, and services.
