Lucis, Paris-based startup building the OS for human longevity, seeks a Finance Operations & Strategy Lead to own the financial operating system. This hands-on role balances day-to-day finance with strategic decisions, directly supporting founders and the leadership team.

You will build systems, processes, models, and visibility to plan, spend, report, and scale across European markets. You’ll partner with executives to drive clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in finance, FP&A, accounting operations, or related fields.
• Experience in fast-growing startups or tech companies is a plus.
• Strong cash flow, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.

Responsabilités

• Own cash, runway, revenue, costs, working capital, and unit economics.
• Lead annual budget and rolling forecasts; run budget vs actuals reviews.
• Build dashboards and reporting for founders; turn data into decisions.
• Develop pricing, hiring, and investment models; evaluate resource allocation.
• Prepare analyses for leadership, investors, and the board; automate finance workflows.
