Merge Money Ltd. in Paris is seeking an exceptional operator who will own and scale our operational backbone across financial, people, customer, and regulatory operations. You’ll partner with leadership to drive cross‑functional initiatives and build scalable systems from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
• Experience in a regulated fintech, payments, banking, or related sector.
• Strong ownership and bias for action; able to solve problems without direction.
• Able to design processes, operating frameworks, and scalable systems from scratch.
• Comfortable working across financial, people, customer, and regulatory operations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Build scalable financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, vendor payments, and reporting.
• Partner with Finance on audits, controls, and strategic planning.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and process design.
• Design and improve customer onboarding and operational workflows.
• Lead regulatory filings, audits, and compliance initiatives.
• Develop internal processes, policies, and operating rhythms for teams.
