Job summary

Lucis is building the OS for human longevity and seeks a strategic, proactive EA / workplace manager to amplify the founders' impact and keep the Paris HQ running seamlessly. You will manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars, travel logistics, and day-to-day operations to free the founders to focus on high-value work.

You’ll own the Paris hub end-to-end: vendor relationships, onboarding, invoicing and HR workflows, plus planning team events and pop-ups as we expand.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years in a challenging / fast-growing environment or rigorous professional services environment.
• Fluent in English and in French.
• Take radical ownership and default to action: anticipate needs and close loops.
• Comfortable with rapid context-switching and using AI to move faster.

Responsibilities

• Founder velocity: manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars and travel logistics to keep founders in the right place with the right information.
• Assist founders in day-to-day important events: board meetings, client meetings, and investor interactions.
• Inbox & communication: triage high-volume inboxes and ensure follow-ups with partners and investors.
• The Paris hub: manage HQ end-to-end, vendor relationships, and hosting VIPs.
• Operational rigour: handle invoice payments, accounting workflows, and HR admin tasks.
• Culture infrastructure: design and execute team events and pop-ups as we expand across Europe.
• Founder proxy: be the first point of contact for the team and external stakeholders, safeguarding founders' time.
