Lucis in Paris HQ seeks a strategic, proactive EA / workplace manager to amplify the founders’ impact and keep Lucis running smoothly. You will be the operational backbone, managing founder calendars, travel, meetings, and leading the Paris hub.

You’ll own vendor relations, invoicing, HR onboarding, team events, and ensure deep work time for the founders while supporting a fast-growing team across Europe.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years in a fast-growing environment or rigorous professional services.
• Fluent in English and in French.
• Take radical ownership and default to action with closed loops.
• Adaptable to rapid context switching and fast change, including AI tools.
• You’re willing to take on anything that has to be done.

Responsabilités

• Own founder calendars and travel logistics across multiple time zones.
• Assist founders in day-to-day important events: board and client meetings.
• Inbox triage and ensure accountability on follow-ups with partners and investors.
• Manage our Paris HQ end-to-end: vendor relationships and hosting VIPs.
• Handle invoice payments, accounting workflows, and HR onboarding.
• Design and execute team events and marketing pop-ups as we expand Europe.
