FinOps Weekly is seeking a Finance Manager in Paris to partner with the CFO and scale the finance function in an LBO context. You will own FP&A, reporting, and strategic finance projects, collaborating with the CEO and Board on performance insights and growth initiatives.

The role covers accounting, tax, treasury, and finance tech stack optimization, with hybrid work and a competitive package including BSPCE. Fluent French and English required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or audit in a B2B/tech environment.
• Proficient in FP&A, financial reporting, and FinOps / admin.
• Able to cover full finance scope and work in an LBO context.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive FP&A and performance management, monthly reporting, KPIs, and investor updates.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.
• Oversee accounting and tax compliance across multiple entities.
• Coordinate with auditors and external partners; manage banking and payroll processes.
