Job summary

Joko is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our fast‑growing B2B team across France, the US, and future markets. You will own CRM architecture, analytics, and scalable processes to drive pipeline speed and account health.

You will partner with Sales, Account Management, Ops, Data, and Tech to design data models, implement automations, and establish clear SLAs. Fluency in English is essential, and you’ll thrive in a distributed, AI‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategy & Operations in fast‑growing B2B environments.
• Architected a CRM at scale (HubSpot or Salesforce) with data models, automations, and trusted data.
• Strong SQL and BI tool experience for real‑time visibility and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM architecture and first HubSpot implementation for multi‑country scale.
• Build analytics, scoring, and dashboards to track pipeline, conversions, retention and health.
• Streamline end‑to‑end B2B processes with clear SLAs and ownership across teams.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Ops, Data, and Tech to scale RevOps over 12–24 months.
