Joko, founded in Paris, is building an AI-powered shopping assistant to enhance user experience and trust. We’re seeking an analytical Operations Manager to own one of Care or Fraud & Claims operations, scale processes, and drive improvements with product and engineering teams.

You’ll work in a remote-friendly environment with outsourcing partners and a strong focus on user-centric operation excellence to support global growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, operations management, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with or managing outsourced teams (BPOs) is a strong plus.
• Data-driven: comfortable defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs to drive decisions.
• Ownership: end-to-end ownership of complex operational topics with proactive solutions.
• Problem solving: enjoy identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Analytical & tooling skills: comfortable with complex datasets and operational tools.
• User-centric: focus on users and operational teams to improve processes and trust.
• Languages: native French and fluent English both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Define, track, and analyze operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional operational projects, from process audits to tooling, automation, and training.
• Manage outsourcing partners (BPOs): define performance standards, track KPIs, drive quality improvements, and address performance gaps.
• Own your scope end to end, lead complex operational initiatives, and design scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Feed actionable insights back to Product, Tech and Marketing teams to improve user journeys.
• Scale operations through process, tooling, and training improvements.
