Responsabilités

• Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and proactive on-site communication, including callout ETA and job performed.
• Back reporting of work performed at equipment level in real time to ensure e-Optimum and Customer Notification accuracy.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers; the on-site contact and end-users must be engaged with an Ambassador attitude.
• Accountable for equipment safety and performance; manage site environment during service operations.
• Identify site risks and communicate them to supervisor; take immediate action if high risk identified and follow escalation procedures.
• Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs, obtain on-site approval if not covered by contract, and perform them.
