KONE in France is seeking a field service technician responsible for customer satisfaction through on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed), accurate reporting, and maintaining equipment safety during service operations.

You will plan workload with the service supervisor, follow maintenance instructions, submit time sheets, manage proximity stock, and contribute to product and safety improvements.

Responsabilités

• On-site execution of service visits (planned maintenance, callouts and service repairs) with adherence to schedule, time limits, quality standards and processes.
• Provide accurate and timely back reporting of work performed at equipment level to ensure data integrity in e-Optimum and Customer Notification.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and on-site contacts by applying ambassador attitude and clear, proactive communication.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance, and manage site environment during service operations.
• Identify on-site risks and escalate to supervisor; take immediate action on high-risk situations following the escalation procedure.
• Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs, obtain on-site approval if not covered by contract, and perform them as needed.
