You will maintain strong relationships with on-site contacts and end-users, ensure safety and quality during service visits, and escalate risks when needed. The role requires hands-on maintenance, planning workload with supervision, and strict adherence to processes.

• Provide accurate, real-time reporting of work performed.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and end-users on site.
• Follow safety instructions and maintain equipment safety.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute service visits in accordance with schedule and quality standards.
• Safely manage on-site operations and end-user safety.
• Identify site risks and escalate as needed.
• Maintain proximity stock and ensure tools and van are safe.
• Provide timely back reporting of work performed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback to PCM.
